Free tools on this site, a paid app inside Jira. Both provided as is.
The tools on this site are free to use. There is no charge, no trial period and no paid tier.
They are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. They are built carefully and checked against current documentation where possible, but limits and guardrails change, and a number could be wrong or out of date. Verify anything that matters against the vendor's own documentation before acting on it. Configscope is not responsible for decisions made, or damage caused, based on what these tools show you.
Nothing you enter is stored, so there is nothing to request the deletion of, and no account to close.
The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your purchase, licence, renewal and refund are governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use and the standard Atlassian Marketplace end-user licence, not by this page. Configscope does not take payments directly.
The app reads your Jira configuration and shows verdicts about custom fields. Verdicts are advisory. The app never deletes, edits or trashes anything; every change stays in Jira's own administration screens, made by your administrator. Some things Jira does not expose to apps, and the app says so on screen: automation rules, dashboard gadget configuration, and workflow validators and conditions can all depend on a field without the app seeing it. Treat the results as a shortlist to review, not a list of things to delete.
The app is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Configscope is not responsible for decisions made, or damage caused, based on what it shows you, including the deletion of a field your organisation still needed.
Support for the app is by email at hello@configscope.com. What the app reads and stores is described in the privacy policy.
